Overall Property Information
The entrance of the unit receives the light from the reception hall and the kitchen. From the left side of the entrance, there is the reception hall which, according to the plan, is specially designed long and rectangular. The furniture was cleverly designed for this unit by illustrious Turkish designers.
At the end of the hall, there is a terrace which can be used in the best possible way, both on hot days of the year and on cold days, by placing movable canopies.
The bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms are all on the right side of the house.
For easy cooking and food serving, a separate part is allocated to the kitchen. It also has a small rectangular terrace.
Beside the entrance, a bathroom and closet are designed.
All bedrooms have windows facing out, the last bedroom which is the biggest one has a bathroom and closet. Also a separate bathroom located in the middle hallway of the house is allocated for the other two bedrooms.

The district has a municipality independent of the Justice and Development Party and the most famous organic market in Istanbul has been operating in this neighborhood since 2010. Basic University like Azmi ofluoglu, Topkapi University and Fatih Sultan University are also located in this neighborhood.
